It's the Spring of 1969 and a new team called the Seattle Pilots is cleared for launch in the American League. Local fans are thrilled to join longtime rivals Los Angeles and San Francisco in the majors and they're ecstatic when the Pilots' skipper predicts an upper-division finish for his new squad.

...But no one knows that before their second season opens, a boat-load of problems will cause the Pilots to run aground in Milwaukee, where they'll become known forevermore as the Brewers. This site is devoted to preserving the memory of those one-season wonders, the Seattle Pilots!
