To paraphrase Jim Bouton in Ball Four, 'A city that cares more for its art museums than its baseball team can't be all bad.' Now Seattle Pilots fans enjoy both, with the opening of the Helen M. Fuller Virtual Art Gallery. Named after my grandmother, who worked at Sick's Stadium in the 1940s, the gallery's rooms contain the largest collection of Pilots items on the Web.

This section wouldn't be possible without the cooperation of Pilots historian Charles Kapner, who graciously contributed scans from his huge collection of memorabilia.

Charles' goal is to collect and catalogue every Pilots souvenir and promotional item. His special areas of interest include the black & white glossy photos and Seattle Angels and Rainiers popcorn cards.

He's very interested in sharing information and trading items with other collectors, so please take a moment to examine his want list before wandering around the various collections.
